that looks real good....yes a pillow with some lining in it.
Or a good strong cotton lining for a bag to take with on your bike travels.....to carry only the most neccesary items...like camera, flask of coffee.....paper.

Mit der Tasche könnte ich schnell mal irgendwo hängenbleiben. Das Seidengarn zieht sehr leicht Fäden, und wenn einer reißt, trennt alles auf...

I was thinking the same as what Mutter said. A good thick lining, and then the stitching wouldn't have to handle all the weight :)

I agree, a strong lining would support the weight. The problem is more on the outer side of the bag. If I accidently hit a sharp edge and tear up the thread, it would unravel in no time.
