Right, Susan's just found the book I ordered from Amazon. Parcelnet (presumably affiliated to DHL?) have delivered it into the bin outside. This is a bin which contains nothing but dirty nappies. No risk of parcels being left outside, eh

The less said about Parcelnet, the better. Do a search on Google and be prepared for the horror stories. Basically Parcelnet is an army of otherwise unemployed people (e.g. stay at home mothers etc) looking to earn some extra cash who drive around in their own cars delivering stuff. Not that there's anything wrong with that if they do the job properly, but it seems plenty of them don't.
