A long time ago, I hatched a cunning plan: I'd send Paul McCartney a birthday card for his 64th birthday, which back then seemed a long way off. It isn't really procrastination that's prevented me from following through, but the lack of a real, confirmed snail-mail or e-mail address for Sir Paul
