1) Festivus! The Festivus Pole is the only tradition I recall. 2) Michael Caine, but Patrick Stewart would have been better. 3) It's a Wonderful Life? 4) Cosmic Pizza? 5) Want a plane that loop-the-loops, me I want a hula-hoop! 6) Hermie wants to be ... a dentist! "A DENTIST?!" 7) Captain something? 8) BONESTORM!!! 9) December's too obvious, isn't it? 10) Fifth grade was too long ago to remember this.
1. Festivus (the holiday "for the rest of us")! Festivus traditions include the Airing of Grievances and the Feats of Strength.
2. Michael Caine
3. It's a Wonderful Life? (though I imagine the themes are a bit heavy for the Sesame Street crowd)
5. Simon and Theodore want planes that loop-the-loop, while Alvin wants a hula hoop.
6. Herbie the Misfit Elf dreams of being a dentist.
7. UltraMan, or some such action figure
Bonus: As much as I love that movie, and as many times as I have seen it, I still cannot get this right. So I'll hope for partial credit for "a Red Ryder BB Gun".
By virtue of both films just airing tonight, I can now answer that #4 is Little Nero's and #7 is Turbo Man ... but I don't know if re-watching movies is cheating. ^_~
1. Festivus; the airing of grievances and the Festivus pole. 6. Herbie, who wants to be a dentist. 7. Oh man - it was some kind of superhero action figure . . .
1. Hannukah--light the menorah, dradles, etc. 2. Michael Caine 3. It's a Wonderful Life (which I plan to watch on my anniversary) 4. Little Nero's Pizza 5. Simon and Theodore want a plane that loops the loop, but Alvin wants a hula hoop 6. Hermie, and he wants to be a dentist! 7. Tuboman 8. Bonestorm 9. May 10. $3.21
Bonus: an official Red Ryder, carbine action, two-hundred shot range model air rifle
PS: I love Christmas movies! =D Thanks for doing this one!
