As if You Were Really Surpirsed

I cast my vote for Bob Barr two weeks ago during early voting. I also voted Libertarian in the Senate race. I was going to vote for Dole, but the "Godless Americans" ad swayed me away. Pat McCrory for governor, and B. J. Lawson for Congress. Republican (or anti-Democrat) for the rest of the down-ballot elections ( Read more... )

I ended up voting Libertarian in the Senatorial race as well. I didn't want any part of the whole Dole/Hagan fiasco. (Dole was absolutely her own undoing! I couldn't believe what I was hearing on that ad!!)

Oh, and your boss still has two and a half more months to complain about the Bush administration...

I'm a little disappointed that the Libertarian candidates didn't get as many votes as I might have liked. I guess most people were worried about wasting their votes on the politically irrelevant.

Dunno bout your boss ... unbelievably, there are people who still complain about Clinton and blame him for things (economy, 9/11) that happened on Bush's watch. ^_~ Heck, I have uncles who still haven't forgiven President Carter for things he did when they were still in high school.
