Rules
These rules are to be followed every challenge.
1. Be polite to the other members and especially the mods and banner makers.
SUBMISSION RULES
1. You must be a member of the community to participate.
2. Do not enter icons that have been made for other purposes.
3. No animation, this is a stillness community. Brushes, textures, stock, text (unless it is a Hush challenge) etc are okay.
4. Blending images is allowed.
5. Your entries must fit LJ standards, meaning icons cannot be larger than 100x100 pixels, 40 kb and must be in .jpg, .gif, or .png format.
6. Use only the images provided, unless otherwise stated.
7. All entries must remain anonymous until winners are announced.
8. When submitting entries, please include the URL like so:

VOTING RULES
1. Do not vote for yourself.
2. Do not ask others to vote for you. Soliciting for votes in your LJs is fine but pointing out which icon(s) are yours is not.
3. Anonymous votes will not be counted.
4. Votes are weighted (First Place vote = 3 points, Second Place vote = 2 points, Third Place = 1 point)
5. Once winners are announced, entries will be unscreened. If you like someone's icon, ASK PERMISSION first before taking the icon.
FOR THE MOD
1. Please include a link to this entry when you post your challenges, it will save you time and frustration.
2. If you cannot post your challenge, please let me know by sending a PM.
3. Feel free to include a theme challenge along with the regular challenge.
4. Please tag your entries like so:
CHALLENGE POST: challenge 1
REMINDER: challenge1, reminder
VOTING POST: challenge 1, voting
WINNERS POST: challenge 1, winners
5. Also, when posting the voting, you may want to remind the members that voting is weighted and to vote in order of preference.
