Examination of item #32198 reveals properties similar to the viral compound I have been working on for some time. Being of Arrancar origin, it is unsurprising that the technology is unrefined, although it was quite novel to follow the parasitic route. It is in many ways completely familiar to me in what it would call its original form -- shinten -- but it has been imbued with properties that neutralise the Shinigami aspect without rendering unconsciousness, allowing full register of responses and more effective results.
It is altogether possible that development of this technology might yield a more effective method of hiding amongst humans, since it neutralises spirit, and I will develop it privately with that in mind, since it may yet one day proove necessary.
More immediately, I will apply it to what I already know from my own viral attempts at boosting the Hollow aspect. I will, naturally, require a test subject in the immediate future that has not been submitted to any of my previous attempts. Subtlety will have to be employed at this point, in order to deliver the drug, as I expect no willing participants will be available.

It has been a considerable amount of time since your last tests. As the first Vizard accepted into the Seireitei, I would like to check on your progress, and examine what the exposure to the higher reishi levels in Soul Society has done to your body.
I assure you that the tests will be non-invasive, and you are welcome to invite another captain to the proceedings if there are any concerns on your behalf. Hitsugaya-taichou is always willing to be my greatest critic, but you may invite whomsoever you wish.
If it is agreeable, please make the arrangements for a day of your choice.

I would like permission to visit the Living World to conduct detailed study of the creatures there, and the population levels of Hollows. This research is essential to establish the threat levels.
