Well, her hint reminded me of an event that happened a while ago, soon after I first got here. Everyone hated the person that meant the most to them... some even hurt and killed the people that they never would hurt otherwise.

I think this new one might be similar...

Um, well, there was an event a while back, which the duchess hinted to kind of similarly... Everyone suddenly started to hate the person that mattered to them most. So I think it might be similar to that.
