Woot!!! I finally found a place to live! It's at 2029 Channing Street in Berkeley, and it like 4 blocks from Bart and the UC Berkeley campus, it's totally perfect! We've even got a washer and dryer in the closet! I'm signing the lease tomorrow, so hopefully nothing goes wrong between now and then... knock on wood
