I went to Chicago Tardis last month with a great crew of people. I costumed as Donna and Sarah Jane Smith. It was a fun experience but there were multiple problems with organization. (for example: guests, attendees and staff were told different times for photo sessions leading to chaos) I don't think I'd go back unless they get an awesome guest ( Read more... )

I do like the Galactica CIC Wall Ornament - as well as the Knife from Razor, or flask. Though sadly all would be I imagine out of my price range - sadly sad :P will find another way to burn some money - have fun.

we might be interested! When do you need to know by? We're thinking of a trip in the spring right now but haven't really committed. I wanted to go to London, but it's fairly expensive.

Well we haven't booked anything yet...

We are looking to go to a 3 star+ resort (hopefully 4*) and pay less than $800 each including all the taxes. We also want a good selection of ala-carte restaurants so we don't have to eat at the same buffett for all meals.

I get Good Friday off work (as you should too) so I only need 4 vacation days to go. That is why we picked that week. :)

The trip sounds tempting, but I'm not 100% sure as Dave isn't super crazy about going to Cuba. I'm interested as I've never been to the Caribbean. I guess it'll just depend on what deal can be found. :)
