So, I'm going to try and update my journal more often.  I've been so lazy lately!

This weekend was low-key.  I went out for drinks on Friday with some friends and stayed in on Saturday.  Daryl was DJing a buck'n'doe for some people I didn't know well.  He prefers if I stay home when he's working the music anyhow.

I started working on my taxes.

I don't really know what the prize is, but I voted! I'll try to remember to vote every day. I'm also watching your video again, so that maybe you'll show up on the 'most viewed' list. I'm doing it not only because I know you, but also because I know you're a travel queen and I think you'd be great at whatever it is as it's travel related.

The prize is a bit complicated.

Round one - six people are chosen as semi finalists. They get split into three teams of two and go on a free adventure trip with new gear. They made a travel blog

Round Two - the three blogs go up for a round of voting. The team that wins gets another free trip and $2000 cash each.

It isn't really a "travel job". I'm not so much interested in the prizes - but rather showing everyone what I can do out video blogging!

I'm not really on youtube, but do you do other video blogs, not just travel ones? To get yourself out there?

Does it help if we share the links in our journals to see if we can get our friends voting? Do I have your permission to do so?

I don't have any video blogs posted online yet - but I am working on them. I have footage from Honduras and Italy to go through when I get a better editing program.

Social marketing is tiring, I've created accounts for a million new websites in the past few days. The guy is also suggesting I create promotional videos for my contest video.
