This sounds fun!

Current Shows You Watch

Once Upon A Time, Game of Thrones, Continuum, Warehouse 13 and a bunch of others, but they're the main ones I can't miss.

Current Obsessions

Rumpelstiltskin and Belle - I know so many people were pissed with the season past, and while portions of it could've been better, I did really enjoy the roller coaster ride that was Rumbelle.

Tyrion Lannister - I don't know why exactly, but I just love Tyrion! He's been a favorite of mine through-out the series, but just this year I've really fallen in love with the imp. He's awesome.

Sansa Stark - I don't know when I started to like Sansa, but I do. She's one of my favorites now, which is quite unexpected!

Also I love Brienne and Jamie :D

Last Movie You Saw (and Loved)

Hmmm, I'm just trying to think which one I saw last that I actually enjoyed. The Expatriate, most likely.

Last Movie You Saw (and Hated)
Same as you, I felt let down by the new Star Trek movie.

Any new shows you're excited about? Any new movies?Hmmm, just OUAT: Wonderland ( ... )

Ah Rumbelle, Rumbelle, Rumbelle. If only I liked you more! I'm curious how you felt about the finale?

I do love Tyrion, but my heart has been breaking for him all season. He's just so...beaten down....by everyone. I just want to give him a big hug. He really is the heart of the show, if it has one.

Sansa - I wouldn't say she's a favorite, but I feel for her more now than I did initially. I actually saw a really good video for her recently HEREHow can one NOT like Jaime & Brienne, that's the real questions ( ... )

YES to the women of GoT! Dany is BADASS this season, and the Tyrell women are just fantastic. I love Olenna and her biting tongue.

I love Mindy & Danny too. I think I fell in love the moment she said "If in 5 years we're both still single let's make a pact to..............kill each other."

I don't have any really exciting loves right now. I'm loving Grimm and New Girl too. I just watched Lost Girl which I REALLY liked. Just started watching Hannibal & Elementary.

I watch a bunch of other stuff too but nothing I'd die without. I've still gotta finish watching Revenge, idek what's going on there.

New shows? I can barely keep up with the shows already on the air!

Right? After sitting a whole season out, practically, Dany is finally getting a chance to be badass! The Tyrell women I could watch an entire season with just them, honestly.

Yes! I loved that bit.

How do you feel about Hannibal? I'm really enjoying it, surprisingly.

Yeah, I gave up on Revenge about 5 episodes into this season...not really on purpose, but I just got so far behind. I do know what happens in the finale though :P

I think Hannibal is wonderfully acted and beautifully shot. I'm enjoying it but not OMGINLOVE with it like most people seem to be. I heard it just got renewed! YAY!

Yeah, that's my feeling on it as well. It's an interesting puzzle to watch...but I can't say I'm flipping out over it. I'm glad it got renewed though, at least *some* good shows get treated well.

Elementary is the best show I've watched in a long time. And thank god there's someone out there who feels the same way I do about Into Darkness. The whole of Trek canon to play with, and that's where they went? It was just *lazy*.

I've seen a few episodes here and there. I went out of my way to watch the finale because I love the hell out of Irene Adler (and I heard about the twist). It's usually hard for me to get into watching procedurals on the weekly basis...my attention span ain't what it used to be.

It was...odd. I'm not really sure I understood what that movie was trying to accomplish, in all honesty. I liked the initial concept with Kirk, but then that just kinda fell by the wayside.

lol, if I listed all the current shows I watch, we'd be here a LONG time. So I'm just listing June-July shows :)

Revolution (ends Monday), Orphan Black (ends tomorrow, I think?), Game of Thrones (ends soonish), The Borgias (ends soonish), Teen Wolf, The Newsroom, The Killing, Pretty Little Liars, Under the Dome, Continuum, Defiance and probably more I'm forgetting.

I can't say I've been overly fannish about anything recently. The Doctor Who finale gave me lots of FEELS but I haven't really done anything about it besides watch some YT vids. I'm still on a bit of a Spartacus high but that's starting to fade and as much as I'm enjoying shows like Orphan Black and Games of Thrones, I have no real desire to interact with those fandoms.

I legit cannot remember the last movie I saw so I guess it wasn't particularly good or bad. Just forgettable :)

As far as new shows go, I'm looking forward to Killer Women, MAoS and Almost Human but that is entirely due to the casts, not the concepts.

How many shows do you watch?? Mine has been cut down significantly over the past year or so...I don't have many left!

That sucks, I know that place well :(

I do love me some Karl Urban...but they're going to have to show me that it's more than just a standard buddy cop procedural set in the future, you know?

It's probably better if I don't try to count them all but needless to say, a very large number of shows. Though that leads to me falling behind on more than a few so I'm almost always playing catch up with something.

BTW: I also meant to say that I ADORE Mindy/Danny and their ridiculousness!

Current Shows You Watch: Elementary. Castle. A boat load of other stuff that's not current, but those are the two that are still running.

Current Obsessions: Elementary, Leverage, Iron Man (and Marvel in general... but mostly Iron Man because Pepper.) Also I only just found the Lizzie Bennet Diaries. They aren't necessarily the sort of thing I would normally go for, and yet I mainlined the whole thing in about three days and love it. It's light and easy and there's plots and characters and snark and I think that's why I luff it. New guilty pleasure fandom? check. :D

Last Movie You Saw (and Loved) IM3. PEPPER. She was always my favorite. XD But seriously the whole thing- it's not a perfect movie, but it's one of the best movies I've seen in a long time, and what you said about not stagnating? That's exactly it for me too. This one hinged on character development and I'm a sucker for that.

Last Movie You Saw (and Hated) Er... I don't really watch movies I hate and generally if I'm not feeling it within a few minutes I'm done so yeah ( ... )

I watched bits and pieces from TLBD...I'm not sure I liked the actors, but I ADORED the concept of it.

Exactly. The thing about that movie, and this is true of The Avengers as well, is that the things that work work, so well that you ignore the things that maybe didn't. The Pepper and Tony stuff was all amazing to the point where I don't even know what I thought about the actual plot/story of the film outside of them :P ( ... )

I've been passing it on tumblr for ages- I finally gave up and got hooked, lol. It's definitely a different format, and seems to be sparking off others like it- that's going to be an interesting development to watch.

The thing about that movie, and this is true of The Avengers as well, is that the things that work work, so well that you ignore the things that maybe didn't. That's it in a nutshell. Now given that they're superhero movies, I always go into it with a certain amount of suspension of disbelief, but with the Iron Man and Avengers series, so far the quality of character writing has been enough to keep me happily hooked. There were some definite plot holes, though the one thing that caused an uproar that I actually thought was well done was the Mandarin storyline. I liked the twist- we were all busy thinking about this token Eastern or Middle Eastern terrorist when all along it was smoke and mirrors and a very real, very homegrown threat. Yeah, the comic!verse fans were in a tizzy but I think it was an interesting commentary ( ... )
