Intro post
Welcome to my space. I'm assuming you just met me, which is why you're going into my entries rather than just viewing me through your friends page. Here are some things to know:
I don't maintain this blog on a regular basis.
I mostly write about jiu jitsu in another blog.
I write about losing weight in yet another.
This is for more personal, private thoughts rather than a lot of for-public-consumption types.
I am an American living in Korea.
I teach teachers how to teach.
I spent 2 years in Peace Corps in Ukraine (2007-2009).
