I hate you scifi channel.

Instead of being able to truly enjoy sci-fi Friday this evening I was sad because I knew that SG-1 had just been cancelled. That channel is made of stupid people. Moving on, but not really...

Daniel telling Vala about Sha're made me so happy...Vala really needs to be brought up to date on Daniel's Big Angsty History, for sho.

Sheppard losing his pretty in Common Ground was totally worth it for me, because...Sheppard torture! While everyone watched! Therefore, I am full of glee.

Absolutely. She needs to know all about the angst so that she can comfort him!

Yeah, I think I have issues I like the whumpage.

I live for whumpage. Too bad almost all fics that identify as whump!fics are written horribly.

Seriously, onscreen torture? Best plot device ever.

I had a fun moment when I actually said a line before helmsman of the Odyssey did. *L* It was when he couldn't get a lock on SG-1. Highly amusing to me.

I loved both eps too. I kind of loved the SGA ep more than the SG-1 ep, to be honest. The Jaffa stuff brings SG-1 down, which I hate to admit too. I love the idea of the Jaffa Council, but I don't understand how come Bra'tac doesn't whomp ass on all the crappy Jaffa and how the crappiest of them all could have gotten control of the council. He was like this little Washington peon or something...and seemed to be using Beau Bridge's acting style right back at him. So wanted more Daniel/Vala/Adria stuff. Teal'c/Mitchell stuff was great too. And then there was Sam, all alone. I think she nearly had a Wash a la Serenity moment.

Well that's partially because our shiny show is just a tad bit predictable, but I still love it.

I liked Atlantis more as well. Jaffas just bore me and whumpage is always gonna win. I totally want more Daniel/Vala/Adria stuff. That's a story line that doesn't suck or seem boring. Sam was actually good this episode, I didn't want to smack her like I so often do.

The Wraith really aren't evil. They have to feed off humans to live. What's so different from us eating cows and chickens and stuff? That is exactly my argument from a few weeks ago! I said that the Wraith aren't inherently *evil* not like Koyla. They do what they need to do survive as a race. We kill thinking, feeling creatures (albeit not on our level) every day by the hundreds of thousands to feed our populace and do we really (well except for some of the crazier extreme animal rights groups) give a damn? No siree. And yet, I had counter arguments stating that the Wraith were evil because they ate *humans* and *play* with their food (although I'm not sure play is an accurate word for it). Well, not every Wraith is perhaps last nights Wraith but he did have a sense of honor that he showed clearly. No two Wraith would be alike anymore than humans would. I think both Shepparnd *and* the Wraith will never look at the other race again with the same eyes.

Didn't the Ancients create the Wraith? Something about advancing evolution or something like that. I very much would like Shep and Tim to meet again and remember there previous encounter but I honestly don't have that much faith in the SGA writers to do something like that.

Yep, they leave these little puzzle pieces incomplete---like why is Ronan immune from being eaten? It's never been answered and just sooo frustrating.

Thanks for the reviews!

I'm thinking Carson was there because he's a doctor and they knew Shep had been hurt. If the Wraith hadn't fixed him he would definitely have need immediate medical care.

I usually never get around to writing up my thoughts so I'm glad someone enjoyed them as I actually did it this week. =)

Yeah, I know Carson needed to be there but if he doesn't know how to fight shouldn't he have held back a little and let everyone else go in guns blazing? If Tim hadn't fixed Shep he would be dead. I don't think even Carson could have done anything to save him.

Every comment I make about Carson Beckett should be taken with a grain of salt because I have developed some major hate for the character recently.

I think the new black camo look is going to stick around. They all look incredible in the new gear. *happy 'buck*

And Elizabeth and Zalekna?! LOL! So cannot see that... But it makes me laugh, so that's ok, hehe!

That's what I thought after "Sateda" but then it went MIA. The black is hot. Especially the leather. Guh.

OMG! Weir/Zelenka is like my only het OTP! They are so geektastically adorable together. That time towards the end of season 1 when he was following her down the hall and talking and then when he finished but kept walking with her was so cute. He gets like nervous around her because of his crush don't ya know?

Nyuh. *brain goes to mush at thought of Shep in black leather*

lol! *I'd* be nervous around her just for her sheer presence. Doesn't mean I have a crush on her, lol! :D
