Today is quite shitty....
So recently I received an email notifying me that I've been selected as a finalist in this writing contest where, if I win, I get a 30,000 dollar scholarship to this boarding school I really want to go to. Today, I received an email inviting me to join the open house they're hosting soon. Problem is, my family barely has the money to send me.
Like, just, ugh.... I feel really bad, because I feel like I'm completely wasting all my parent's money, cause first I've had three hospital last year, and now I want to go to this open house, which'll cost us about 1300 dollars just to go. But at the same time, I feel like if I don't go, it'll hurt my chances of winning the contest. I just don't know what to do right now. :(
