While I appreciated the plot point, I wasn't a fan of Nathan telling "it" before he told Audrey about how he could feel her touch. I liked your take on this moment. Especially the first part with his panic over Audrey being most likely dead.

This was really hard to write because most of the feelings I associate with fear are physical. Things Nathan wouldn't be able to feel. They didn't really talk about just how far his condition goes (I'm reminded of how he told Jess that when he was with her, his stomach felt like it did when the Chief caught him with a girl in high school, so maybe it's just skin? So what does that mean for that cold prickly feeling you get when you're frightened?), so I kind of just assumed that he can feel absolutely nothing. It was certainly an exercise to try to describe fear without the physical aspect!
