08.08.12 - Lakeside
Our annual Summer Reading Program passes to Lakeside! More big kid rides this time but the kiddos still enjoy the smallish roller coaster and Frog Hopper and others in the kiddie area. Sam's not quite tall enough for the biggest roller coasters. Still a fun evening. Always enjoy this Summer Reading prize.

07.31.12 - Serving & Swim Day
We volunteered at A Precious Child in their Fill-A-Backpack program. Filling backpacks with school supplies for needy kids. The youngers weren't that excited about it to start with but settled in once we got there and had fun with the project. 07.28.12 - Mini Golf
Saturday afternoon we rounded up all the children from friends' houses and took them mini-golfing. Equal parts fun and drama - tired kiddos + mini-golf don't mix. Zoe was on the brink of a mental break down. But Sam got a hole-in-one and Zoe came around.
