I finally finished reading Stalingrad: The Fateful Siege: 1942-1943, by Antony Beevor.  Finally.  It was both good and bad.  A great thing about this book is the author's use of anecdotes and personal information to help illustrate the story.  However, I think the book would have been better without the author's incessant moralizing.  I rather ( Read more... )

I said it with love. There's nothing to be ashamed of, it's the job you currently have while in a transitional period. Beats sitting around doing nothing. I know a guy who went to school to be a pilot, has been jobless for a year, and is planning to go back to school.
