[Hell Butterfly to Hitsugaya-taichou]
Hitsugaya-taichou. I realise that I may be overstepping my bounds by sending you this message. However, I must ask that you either come to the SRDI or allow myself, or Head Researcher Akon to examine you.
I understand that you are still recuperating from your ordeal with the Espada Szayel Aporro and do not wish to be disturbed. However, this is quite an urgent matter, sir, as the Espada may have altered you in ways that are undetectable by the Fourth Division.
Please respond as soon as it is possible, either to myself, or to Head Researcher Akon.
Hell Butterfly to Unohana-taichou.
Unohana-taichou, I apologize for the intrusion, but it has come to my attention that Hitsugaya-taichou has not been examined by the SRDI. While I certainly mean no offense to your own abilities, the identity of his captor must be taken into consideration. Kurotsuchi-taichou and myself have dealt with this Arrancar's handiwork before, so we are aware what we are looking for. As well, we have the technology to examine Hitsugaya-taichou for implants, or defects that may have been caused by the Hollow.
Do you know the identity of the shinigami that went to retrieve Hitsugaya-taichou? I would like to have them examined as well. The Arrancar is not particularly talented when it comes to invention, and I believe he may have taken a few of Mayuri-sama's techniques and reverse-engineered them to use on those who recaptured Hitsugaya-taichou.
I also wish to have anyone who has been in contact with Hitsugaya-taichou since his rescue examined.
I am sure you have seen the Espada's most recent post. Should a rescue party be planned for those shinigami, I would like to suggest that they be brought to the SRDI immediately. These Shinigami have been in the Espada's laboratories for quite some time, and may be a danger to Seireitei. While the Twelfth is not as skilled in healing as the Fourth is, we are capable of handling and healing these shinigami while containing any possible infection or parasites that may be inside of them.

I have asked Unohana-taichou to allow us to examine Hitsugaya-taichou. Head Researcher Akon, if you receive a Hell Butterfly from Hitsugaya-taichou and you do not have contradicting orders from Mayuri-sama, drop everything you are doing.
I want you to treat this as if Hitsugaya-taichou is highly contagious. Wear appropriate gear and make sure any assistants you bring with you are protected as well. Treat all samples as if they are highly unstable. All samples are to be handled by either Kurotsuchi-taichou, you, or myself. Do not allow anyone else to contaminate these specimens!
Included is a list of equipment for Akon to take with him if he should be called away.
