I just was told, after nearly ten years of working for this company, that I am not allowed to read books at my desk that are not technical manuals. Let me add that there are times in which we have very little to do. I'm not working at some $12/hour job here either

well, why don't you get a big book cover called "network security.." or something then cut out the pages and put whatever book you want in it :)

Heh-heh... that occurred to me as I was posting that. Unfortunately, most books like that don't have jackets.
