Nicely done. I got pretty close to inbox zero last year, but currently I'm at inbox five hundred and thirteen.
It's kind of an anticlimax, though, when gmail immediately reminds you about all the other unread items waiting for you on google reader.

Not so much courage as effort... I set aside 2h/week over several months (plus replying to things as they came in) to get it there...
