Dorm!

I have a dorm room. It is all put together and pretty and I love it.... and... I basically have no room mate. Technically I do. Her name is Megan. But, she lives in Beaumont and pretty specifically said she wouldn't be here as soon as she walked in. She didn't even move in most of her stuff. I don't really know what to think about it.

Be very, very glad of it. Freshman year of college will probably be one of the best times of your entire life. Normally the only thing that sucks about it is your roommate the put you with that year. After that you can select your own and it goes much smoother. It's a blessing to have one that's not around that much. Lots less time for them to get on your nerves/you to get on their nerves. Congrats sweetie, have fun. And my one bit of advice, if you are in your room and not sleeping/changing, leave your door open! And say hi to everyone (except creepy looking people). *hug*
