Last night Lamar was visited by none other then Kinky Freidman. He came and spoke in the Setzer Student Center as part of his campaign and I have to say I was rather impressed by him. Yeah. I doubt Kinky will get elected; I've seen a lot of support for him but this is a college campus. College kids in general (though less so at A&M) have a rather cynical veiw of politics, and many will vote for Kinky just to rock the boat. But most people will stick with the GOP... Not that the governor has much power in Texas ANYWAY.
And I need to figure out who to vote for.
