Dinadan is off to make sure Lamorak hasn't done anything incredibly stupid in the aftermath of the whole affair with Morgause. --not because he's been thinking about it or anything. Because he hasn't. Really.

Should anyone run into him along the way, he'd be only too glad, as usual, to chat.

Sagramore totally catches him on the way. "Sir Dinadan!"

Heck yes he does. "Sir Sagramore."

"Whose ears are you planning to assault to-day?"

"Lamorak's," he replies cheerfully.

Lamorak is out at the stables. He's taken a day off from helping at Percy's, deciding instead he needs to take a nice long ride. At present, though, he's giving his horse a thorough grooming, as he's been, if not neglected, then perhaps slightly less fawned on than necessary.

When Lamorak isn't in his room, Dinadan will probably think of the stables. Eventually, anyway.

"There you are."

"Yes. Obviously." He manages a minor smile, though it's very subdued compared to Lamorak's former cocky manor. "Did you need me for something?"

"Damnation, I'd forgotten friends needed reasons to see one another. Give me a moment, I'll think of something..."
