One thing that I really don't like that I've noticed about some people is they tend to always think they are right, even if EVERYONE disagrees with them. You are the boss. People are going to get mad at the boss no matter what they do because let's face it, nobody wants to follow the rules.

Everyone likes a cop when they walk through a bad neighborhood at night, but cops are jerks all the sudden when they get a speeding ticket.

I agree, you are right. There have ben certain things that I have had to do as a person of authority that they just cant accept because they are lazy or just plain jerkish. So all you can do is do what your job entitles. Good job.
