Maybe we could hire a force of 'dumb dumb police' and arm them with giant rubber stamps and a pad of permanant ink. The offender would on his or her third offense be branded with the words SLOW AND STUPID across the forehead, maybe not as gratifying as the lever, but it would be a step in the right direction for future dumb-ass prevention.

Hhhmm...that definately sounds like a start. Hey - got some new pictures. I'll send them your way in a little while. I'm going to put them in my journal too because we actually have orbs in our pictures. How fucking cool is that? So - we need to start recruiting for the Dumb Dumb Police Force. Also - we need to work on permanent ink that will never ever wash off. Yes...definately need to figure this out.
