Deranged Demon Distributes Directionless Destruction
Almost nobody was surprised to day when the Demon Lord Laharl finally snapped, unleashing huge amounts of destructive energy at nothing whatsoever. Several close personal friends of the out-of-control demon were interviewed regarding the reasons for his behavior, and they all agreed that the stress of nobody taking him seriously finally drove him mad, leading him to imagine that various inoffensive rocks and trees were powerful enemies. Until we can be sure that he's back to normal, readers are urged to avoid rocks and trees, or if that's not practical, avoid Laharl.

Haiku-Writing Popularity Reaches All-Time High
Haiku mania has taken Memento Eden by storm, as everyone scrambles to hop on the latest poetic trend. Even people who had previously expressed no literary talent whatsoever are taking their hand at the art form, drawn in by the great ease of producing something that at least is shaped like a good Haiku. In honor of this fad, the Bunbunmaru news is holding a Haiku-writing contest! Compose a haiku and mail it to you friendly neighborhood editor, and the winner will win either a biography spotlight article dedicated to them in the next issue, or a free lifetime subscription, at their discretion. The theme for the contest is "Spring."

Extremely Suspicious Hot-Blooded Youth May Still Be At Large
Scattered reports are coming in describing a tall, handsome, and armed man being spotted around town, claiming to be Simon. Due to the huge apparent age gap, we can easily deduce that he is lying, and therefore must have some other reason for trying to hide his identity, no doubt a sinister one. The offender seems to have left, but readers are suggested to keep a sharp eye out for drills until he is confirmed to be gone.

New Play Guaranteed to Please, Excite, Or At Least Confuse
Axel has spent the last several weeks stirring up sensationalism about his new play "Axel's Awesome Electric Demon Rock and Roll Adventure Opera Attack Party: Adell's Revenge: Electric Boogaloo," but what is the real story behind this production? Here in the Bunbunmaru News, we managed to get an interview with the director himself, revealing some surprising secrets. Axel describes the play as being the best epic of the season, but there are no other epics of the season, so readers are cautioned that it will be the worst epic of the season, as well. The director admitted that not even he knows what the play is about, leaving basically 100% of the story in the hands of his playwright. Whether or not she has his best interests in mind, we'll see when the play opens to the public.
