What type of music do you like to work out to? I will be very hamstrung by my bandwidth limits, but I will do what I can.

I don't really know, which is why the general request :( I usually just put on a DVD or something while doing it, but I think I have watched everything I own at least twice over so it's getting kind of like "...okay can I stop working out just to turn off the DVD?"

So, I am open to suggestions, if not actual downloads!

I will get on the music thing tomorrow. But concerning Gladiator names, I put forth Alchemist: he who turns things golden.

Thrice is a pretty good idea. I have their mostly non-mellow early stuff, so I will give that a try.

I can actually see Regina Spektor working, too, as odd as it seems. I have recently found out that I have a terrible time keeping steady breathing patterns going while doing crunches and pushups so that could be a boon.

Does that mean you have an old personal trainer that you did sleep with?

DJ Earworm's United States of Pop 2009 is fantastic for working out to, and free to download at http://djearworm.com/
