I had a dream last night that when I blew my nose, part of my brain came out.

Not all the way out but hanging out of my nostril, still attached to the rest of my brain. Like a stubborn snot.

Of course this has nothing to do with the fact that last night I started to have a wicked sinus headache, one that is still going strong. :S

Something I've learned with the countries I work with is that hospitals there charge different amounts based on who is paying. If a person without insurance is paying, they'll charge a lot less to that person then they would to the insurance company that is paying for another person. While I don't like Creme Eggs anymore, I do still like Creme Egg McFlurry's. Not sure if it is the ice cream, the chocolate chunks, or the syrup stuff that is sort of like Creme Egg filling, but is also sort of like caramel. Shame the employees are terrible at mixing them though, as having just ice cream for the bottom half is kind of a shame. :)
