So, I've taken my sleeping habits a bit too off. I keep staying up later and later, and I'm meaning till daylight pretty much. I can't quite get my body to want to sleep 8 hours and stay up 16. it wants to sleep 7 hours, stay up 18. I'm slowly moving the wrong way. It's almost moving season, also. My insomnia is getting worse!
I am up until daylight most nights, too, and then I sleep until noon (unless I have to be up earlier for something).
I also don't know where I will be at any given time during the night.
It's been interesting to say the least.
