Saturday Night - August 20th

[ It doesn't really feel like a happy hour.

Tonks sits alone at the bar. Her rose dress has been hit with a color-changing charm, it's blue now. Her brunette hair, which has too little red in it to be a proper shade of auburn, hangs down to her shoulders. Soon, she's going to have to find something different to wear. In the meantime, the dress suits her fine. What good is magic if you can't cast a daily cleaning charm?

Despite sitting alone, she does not give off the vibe that she'd rather be left alone. Tonks would welcome someone to talk to. ]

[ Switch drinks? Don't mind if they do! ]

I like it. I think I'll have another.

[ pink is slightly less concerning than green, anyway! ]

I have been told there are many other cocktails like these.

Oh, yeah. Like what? I could do with sampling a few of them. Are there any purple ones?

[ She's going to finish the appletini, now. ]

I imagine so. I know of blue ones.

Oh, well. I like blue. It's not as good as purple but it'll do in a pinch.

Oi! Barkeep! Two Blue Hawaiians if you don't mind.

[ w e l p. in that case, shirley finishes the cosmo off, and when the tall glass of blue, possibly hawaiian-like liquid is placed in front of her, she stares at it for a moment. it is very...vibrant. what is with this place and strange-colored booze! ]

[ tonks, you can share the job of explaining stuff to her with lilly. she will listen v intently while munching on the cocktail's fruit, first. ]

[ Tonks pulls her drink closer to her. She swirls her drink around with the straw. ]

Oh, it's a tropical chain of islands in the Pacific. It's filled with Americans though.

[ she is aware of americans. sort of... thanks, prussia?? she stares at a pineapple piece thoughtfully and then, looks to tonks again. ]

I have heard of Americans, but I do not know of them.

[ Tonks takes a sip of her drink. It is pretty tasty! Normally, she's used to just beer or ale with the occasional shot of firewhiskey. This is a nice change. ]

Oh, well, you know. They're mostly alright.

[ shirley stirs her drink with the straw and sips. it isn't bad, no better than the appletini or cosmo. ]

Oh, you know, same as any sort of people really.

[ Tonks shrugs and resumes consuming her tasty beverage. ]
