[At first the camera shows nothing but a part of a blank grey wall, an ugly darkening sky, and passing scraps of the Mist. The Mist suddenly thickens rapidly before someone passes in front of the Forge and inadvertently kicks it against a wall. Now Heine can be seen, not facing the Forge but staring off into the distance. He's quite covered with Mist-monster blood and the collar of his shirt has been blown away, showing a
broken metal ring melded into his neck.]
[He doesn't notice the Forge, and the Mist appears to be affecting him greatly. With a smile that is close to becoming a grimace, he glances at the creature stalking closer to him.]
Hahaha... do you want to be free?
[He isn't talking to the beast (which is almost invisible in the darkness of the Ruins, but apparently he can see it just fine) but to someone else, who is clearly not there.]
Go away. I don't want to be a dog for her.
[He fires again and again, and the Mist shifts, and the animal swipes its paw across Heine's chest.]
You can just fuck off.
[The claw marks are almost steaming as they slowly seal up, but his expression is empty and halfway-gone as he stares down at the dead cave bear.]
I'm not going back.
[[ooc: So he's pissed off and goes a little further into the mist than he realizes. After hearing about the use of mist monsters in the arena, he starts remembering more than he would like about the Underground (a lab where kids were experimented on and made to fight genetically mutated monsters) and is close to losing control of the Black Dog, a second persona of sorts that enables him to heal and fight. It's bloodthirsty and incapable of really 'thinking.']]
