If I had no intention of seeing it through myself, I would not have proposed the general public assist me, Toshiro. The more that are willing to lend themselves to this research, the more likely we will be to uncover the secrets of the Door, and the secret about how it is we may return home.

Will you be lending yourself to this arduous undertaking? If so, can I trust you to remain committed? I want no help from those that will bow out partway through.
