It's too quiet around here. What, has 'fun' became a dirty word or something?

[Helen's pretty sure she can come up with some worse ones.I guess it's to be expected when it's the big mouths and the nice guys who disappear. Oh, that reminds me...Rin! Glad you came back out of the woodwork, kid ( Read more... )

String, ing. String thing?

[This is not just fun to repeat, it is also relevant to Ax's research into things that have occurred in the city in the past.]

I have not yet consumed Earth pig. It sounds, sound-zuh, as if it would be very delicious.

I do not think it would be as delicious as cinnamon bun-zuh, though.

What do you mean, mee-nuh, by your kind? Are you not a human either?

Cinnamon bunzah? [She's not mocking, that's just something new to Helen.] Well now you've got me curious.

Oh, I guess that depends on who you ask. Just because those Organization bastards put monster flesh in me doesn't make me a monster. [She can just do monstrous things.]

You have never eaten cinnamon buns, bun-zuh? [This is a tragedy!] They are humans' finest invention. They are a pastry, and they come with a thick sugar called icing-ing, and are wonderfully sweet and spy, spicy.

I have found that the definition, deff-ih-nih-shun, of monster varies a great deal, depending-ing upon whom you ask, and what sort of world they are from.

Think you could make them? [Because you've totally won her over with that description.]

Well, where I'm from, people take one look at our hair and eyes and keep their distance. Kind of ironic considering that they usually only saw us when we showed up to kill the things that were eating them.

I am not sure. I do not know much about human cooking-ing. In my you, usual form, I only eat grass. But I would like to learn how to make delicious foods!

I find it strange that humans will fight each other, in the absence, sen-suh, of other species to make war upon, and over something-ing as in, insignificant as pigmentation, shun. It is not something that happens with my people.
