[Once again, the video feed focuses on a poster rather than the owner of the Forge. In the few moments it's displayed onscreen, one can see that it has been torn roughly off from wherever it had been put up, and then it is suddenly crumpled in one fist before there is a red glow from a corner of the screen and the shreds of the poster fall away,

You think that those who are presumably in charge will use any excuse to incite a riot?

[Considering his abysmally low opinion of authority figures who will bend the truth to suit their whims, it is a simple enough conclusion to come to from this man's words.]

I doubt this has much to do with the ones in charge of the city, though it's possible. [Not that anyone knows much about the Twins, but they only seem to be connected to those things that happen on a larger, more supernatural scale. Not something as undeniably human as the resentment that comes from fear of those that are different.]

But it won't take much for escalation if the tension has already gotten to this point.
