[ shirley bends down, picking up the forge. it doesn't look broken... but what would this device look like broken, anyway? many puzzled looks go here. ]
Mommy probably misses me, too. I'm supposed to help her water the flowers...
[she trails off, in a rather sad silence.]
[she's thinking about the quality time she spent with her mother and the flowers, out in the yard and with their household plants... her father liked the flowers, and so did Yoh - but they weren't allowed to touch them because they would almost always kill them; not on purpose, but still - tending to the flowers was a special thing for her and mommy and -]
