Halo Legends: The Package pt. 2

Well, lucky you, I just happen to have screenshots! Look in the cut...
This one was pretty good. Fred talked some more..but it was mostly John :P
Fred was freakin' AWESOME! Him and his bloody knife, I wonder if he has a name for it...heheh!
He was awesome, seriously! A damn good shot with that Spartan Laser, friggin' POW! lol
Two Elites with plasma swords ambushed them, and Fred made John and Kelly keep advancing, he stabbed an Elite in the eye! Woohoo
Then he stayed behind to hold off the two Elites that had plasma swords, and he had his two combat knives...badass!!!!
"The "Great Journey" ends here." He said, it shows a quick closeup, and then he does this awesome-looking stance with the knives :D :D :D And OMG I was like, SQUEEEEEE!!!
This poor little Alien is about to get OWNED! He underestimated Fred...heheh!
Freddie saves John and tells him and Kelly to run.
"Alright, the "Great Journey"...ends here."
I wonder who did that to his poor nose D:
Yeah! Don't mess with a Spartan--especially if they have two knives--he'll "cut you open like a fish" :P
Then the ship was starting to fall apart, so just as they were floating in space--Kelly grabbed John's hand and gave him a boost through the closing door to the secured deck. Kelly stayed behind.
So then, John found "the package", it was da doctor!!! Dr. Halsey!! OMFG she looked cool, but since when did she have blonde hair????
In the books she has black hair O__0 Hell with it, these guys don't pay enough attention, then. LOL
The wierd thing for me was that she was quoting Cortana and the Chief from the games...here's the conversation:
"Dr. Halsey."
"John, that's you?"
"Yes. I'm here to take you back...sleep well, Doctor?"
"No thanks to your driving, yes."
"You seem to be in one piece."
"Maybe your luck has rubbed off on me."
WTF? Was that a flirt??? o__O
"We make our own luck, but I'll always be there when you need me--"
"Don't make a girl a promise if you know you can't keep it. Still, thankyou."
"Sure."
*Dr. Halsey walks off"
"Dr. Halsey--"
"Its not a proper rescue until you get us out of here, right?"
"Agreed. We need to move, fast."
There is a funny part where Halsey and John are in the *cough* stolen Covenant ship, and there's a group of enemy ships behind them.
"Doctor, we've got company!"
Halsey looks really frustrated enough trying to figure out how to control an alien dropship--the controls are all alien language...
"Can't you do anything?"
John just shrugs like, point taken. LOL I loved that!
and guess who comes to the rescue?
Correct, its Freddie!! Oh, and Kelly, too... LOL Nah, I love Jelly--I mean, Kelly.
So, Fred's ship (is a Covenant ship, BTW), blows up two or three bad guy ships, John and Halsey are like, "What's happening?"
And then...."Cuttin' in a little close, aren't we?"
"Fred?"
Oh, don't forget Kelly: "Doctor, are you alright?"
"Yes, I'm fine." She seems happy that her Spartans are alive.
"These Covenant rigs fly like rocks, took us a bit to get rolling."
So then after that, they get back on the ship and there's a little talk about the other Spartans that died, then yeah. You'll see Fred and Kelly walk around, then Johnny boy removes his helmet. But you don't see anything. (Thank Gawd)
And then that's it. I thought it was wierd how they made Halsey quote Cortana from the games, it just seems too ackward. Plus, when she "flirts" with John like that...I thought she was supposed to be a mother figure to the Spartans. Meh, she's probably just toying around but still.

LOL Fred and Kelly were still awesome, though. That's the only thing I loved about this Halo Legends episode, but I'd still prefer the Fred, Kelly and Halsey from the books. Halsey needs her black hair--I'd say the same with Freddie, but I'm fine with his looks now :P
