Bigger than we thought?

Read this, something I find big about Halo's future. Oh, and beware of my huge rant. It's scary...heheh!

"Microsofts creative director of 343 Industries (Halo Division), Frank O'Connor has commented that there is a six year plan for the future of the Halo series. Supposedly Halo will not only be a game, but there will be videos, comics, action figures, and even some more books.

He told USA Today that there is a plan for atleast 6 years that will eventually become very apparent for the way the canon all ties together and the way the comic books and novels all tie together.

While he only confirmed the fact that Halo Reach is the upcoming Halo game for 2010 and is a prequel to Halo 1, he also hinted that we haven't seen the end of Master Chief quite yet.

Halo will no longer be just a video game, soon it will become a huge franchise across the globe."
You know what this could mean, right? There's now a huge chance that there'll almost definitely be a Halo movie. It has been said on Bungie.net, that they're just waiting for the right time and looking for the right people, and also telling us to stay hopeful until after Halo: Reach is released next year--then we can start getting paranoid and anxious. It's more than a great idea to wait; 'cos that means Bungie doesn't want to rush into things just to make the fans happy. They love to tease. But it means if there really is a Halo movie (there will be), they aren't gonna let some random jerk make it just for money and it turns out to be a crap piece of junk film. No, they'll be smarter than that. Bungie is awesome!

No, the Chief isn't out of Halo like eveyone thought he'd be. Didn't they know? He's just been on a little vacation with *cough* Cortana :P Yes, his might have finished the fight for good in Halo 3, but that was in the game. He's just getting started out in the real world. He's gonna be ripping into pages of Eric Nylund's books, maybe others', too. Then he'll be beating GI-Joe and Barbie with his awesome action figures, then he'll be sitting at those wierd-looking fold out chairs (what ever actors sit in while filming), sipping Mountain Dew (aka Gaming Fuel for us). He'll be back! One way or another, he's coming back soon!

So yeah, maybe Halo is gonna get bigger than Star Wars?? Or just big enough to be safe, hopefully. In my opinion, the bigger the better. But I don't want Star Wars fans to end up hating Halo just because it's chasing Star Wars' tail, that's how I feel with Mario and Halflife, they reckon they can beat Halo. No offense to any Mario/Halflife lovers out there. But you don't see us making pics of Master Chief sticking a plasma sword through Mario's hat or a sticky grenade up Halflife's butt, do you?

Not yet!

Ahem! Sorry, but I'm sensitive about stupid competitions about who's better than who and all that junk. Take PS3 vs Xbox 360 for example. I'll never say Playstation sucks, because I usually enjoy the games on that console--that wouldn't be on the 360. And think about it, do you think the Xbox would be any good if it didn't have Halo? Of course not! Halo is what brought Xbox out of the dark, and evolved it.

Oh, so I'm a noob because I say "Stop fighting, they're both great consoles." They are, aren't they? Playstation will never be beat by Xbox, but neither will Xbox beat Playstation. The companies like Sony and Microsoft, you see them still making more consoles--Xbox/PS2, Xbox 360/PS3, then sooner or later--there'll be a so-called Xbox 720 (which I don't see the point in having), then no doubt another Playstation.

Oh, don't forget Xbox's new "Project Natal", which Playstation is gonna want to make something better. Blah, sorry, I'm dragging.

Overall, I don't hate Playstation, but I still love XBox better. One thing's for sure, Playstation beats the Wii. Amen!

Anyway...yeah, 7hanks for lis7ening!
