"You serious, man? You haven't seen Pure White Lover Bizzare Jelly 5?" The man from behind the counter slammed both his palms down on the surface, looking incredulously at the only man in the store.

Travis shrugged as he continued down a row of shelves, each partition separating one genre from the next. He pulled out a DVD reading the name to himself before flipping the case around to read the summary. "Kinda hard to keep up with the latest anime when you're trying to stay off the radar."

"But you're back now, right? For good?"

There isn't so much of a pause as Travis replaced the DVD. "That's the plan, yeah."

Rounding the corner of the counter, Bishop made his way towards the aisle Travis was standing in. "I know Strawberry's your favorite but I've got a feeling you might like Nutberry." He brings up his hands and makes a boob gesture with them, grinning all the while. "Loli but she's got curves in all the right places."

"Look, I'll tell you what I think about it after I get to watch an episode. You'll be the first to know." As if he had anyone else to talk to about this kind of thing.

His companion didn't look all too impressed but he shrugged it off anyway. "And all that assassin business. How's that going?"

Travis didn't even look up from the current line of DVDs he's had his eye on. Looks like the collection really has grown since he last checked this place. "Actually better get going. Gotta make a hit in about half an hour."

"Shouldn't keep your client waiting then."

"Right. See you around then." He walked towards the door, his keys ringing with every step. But just as he reached for the door, the man called for his attention one last time.

"Hey."

"What?"

"It's good to have you back, Travis."

All he could do was smirk. "You better lend me that dvd next time, Bishop." And with a tinkle of the bell that hung on the over door, he was gone.

Travis' reflection is seen in the mirror as he turned to his right, then to his left. He found himself grinning at the mirror, pleased with what he saw. But it isn't long after that the sound of glass breaking in the other room breaks his reverie. He peeked his head into the room to find a paper bag lying on the ground.

Even if he was used to the random acts of violence that occurred throughout the neighborhood but something about this one... seemed off.

Carefully, he peeled the top open and looked into the contents. His eyes widened and his jaw dropped. He could feel the bile rise from his stomach and up his throat, threatening to spill out. The bag had contained what looked to be Bishop's head.

A gasp finally escaped Travis' mouth and he let out a blood-churdling scream. "BISHOOOOOOOP!"

Travis can't even explain why everything felt so real... He may not have actually been there but he knew without a doubt that his best friend was now dead. He doesn't even bother to say anything to the Dreamberry, merely cutting the feed off and tossing it somewhere where he wouldn't have to deal with it any time soon.

[ooc: Travis will still be answering his Dreamberry, but let's just say it'll be few hours after the call was initially made.]
