The mass is out (apparently the size of a basketball, almost) - it was up against the vena cava and took a couple of extra cuts, but they were able to get it lapriscopically with only a slightly larger cut - the much-feared "big cut" didn't happen, and there is no indication that there's any further growth or cancer or anything.
