How did that turn out? There is always the possibility the S/O could make up lies on you or say that you were jealous of their relationship and put you in a vulnerable position with you friend. We already know the S/O is not above cheating what else is the S/O capable of?

Interesting story this. My brothers (lets call him Bro1) g/f was cheating with our other brother (bro2), and she was pregnant. I told her I found out, and she had 24 hours to come clean. She called bro2 and he came and screamed at me. Big drama. Needless to say, they arent together anymore............ mission accomplished.

That's what I am talking about. It's lucky it was your brother though when it comes to friendship, people could stop being freinds with you over things like this. Your brothers however can't stop being brothers to you. The S/O probably lied on you because you gave her a warning about what was happening, I mean an ultimatum. Not a big advocate for the ultimatum. This gives them a chance to think up lies and make you look like the bad guy or create drama and take the focus off the real problem. It happens. in the case of family, I would always tell.
