So, I bought some Knob Creek the other day. It's pretty delicious. I've found that I enjoy hard liquor if it's really nice stuff and costs more than I should spend on alcohol. Anyway, I was watching a show on the History Channel called "Hands on History" and they were at the Jim Beam factory and they showed how they make Jim Beam and Knob Creek. So
