I've been waiting for the movie Knowing to come out since I first saw the trailer.  I absolutely cannot stand Nicholas Cage but I'm willing to sit through this one and ignore him as much as possible.

My boss and I just had a meeting with the County Tax Assessor to discuss scenarios for the 2009 tax base valuation.  During this meeting the Assessor informed us that 50% of all commercial property in the county is in technical default-- meaning there is not enough revenue being generated from leases to pay notes and mortgages on the properties.
