i think i'll be taking this in the fall:
Real Estate Appraisal Basics (REA I)
This course will present a basic overview of the appraisal process in a practical and down-to-earth manner with emphasis on fundamental principles and techniques as they relate to the appraisal of residential properties. This course has been approved by the MA, ME, & NH Board of Registration of Real Estate Appraisers for 39 hours of credit. It has also been approved in RI for 33 hours of credit. State Licensed/Certified Appraisers may take this course to obtain 36 (39 with exam) hours toward license renewal.
Key topics covered: Appraising as a profession; Value influences; Site analysis and valuation; Sales comparative approaches; Appraisal reporting
