Hope so! :)

I hope you'll find something that inspires you. I know how hard it is to find that "thing" you want to do. I love literature, so I figured it would make a good career choice. Think of the things you love to do, and go from there.

I work in accounting... not the most fun job, but it can lead you to many places... every company there is uses accountants, so the job market is out there..

I've been retired for about four years, but previously administered a cross-connection program for a water utility. There are currently very few people with this training and knowledge to conduct inspections and to make determinations for the safety of drinking water by the elimination or protection from cross-connections that allow cross-contamination of the water.

A degree isn't necessary, but specific specialized training is essential.

The US EPA has recently recognized the problem as being the #1 or #2 concern for the safety of the nation's drinking water.
