I worked all night, so, I'm going to bed soon.

But, I have a great day planned.

I wrote down 17 geocaches that are along my trikke route!

17!!!

To think that me and the boys have passed 17 geocaches every time we rode our trikkes in the LSU area, is just amazing!!!

Well, this afternoon, we hope to find them!

We have been riding our trikkes to various geocaches in my area.....and going this afternoon to the LSU trikke route to look for some.

For a little more details, just look at my last post I did........

Its fun for me and the kids.....they get little toys, and we get our trikke exercise........plus I have fun......guess its the "adventure" of finding those geocaches.

Its free to join and there are hundreds listed in the Baton Rouge area.....and I'm sure there are hundreds listed around your area, just do a 100 mile search around your street address.

There are ways to download the geocaches and put them into your GPS. Check the forums.

Thanks.......we did this a couple of days ago........

Geocaching is fun....but can be hard.....

We only found 8 out of the 17 that we looked for.

The GPS will get you to the location, but then its up to you to search the various hiding spots in the area.....

The ones we did find for example........up in a street sign, in some tree roots, attached to the bottom of a light pole, up in some tree branches, behind an electrical panel on a building, in some woods, attached to a fence pole......its been really fun.......
I can't wait to go back and find more.....and go back and re-look for the ones I didn't find the first time.
