Ahh I'm rather amused about this Palin soap opera that's developing. Ain't no way I believe the baby is hers. No ma'am! But yet she wants to teach abstinence only! OH HILARIOUS. Clearly that shit don't work. No ma'am. Here, I found an amusing little chart...

Damn, that is pretty retarded. And she's had like four other kids? She had to know that was a water break, no one would have slighted her to skip a speech to give birth. Republicans are pro life right? This just gets weirder and weirder. Do they really want to win?

SERIOUSLY? I could buy still giving the speech, but what now?

Ain't no way I believe the baby is hers.

...I'm intrigued. Go on.

EDIT: But they've misspelled "gladiator." Come now, it isn't as if Ms. Palin mispronounced "nuclear" is it?

Oh wait. It is.

What do you think is going on?

I know a girl who was out of school for two years with what turned out to be Lyme disease.

*sigh* Oh Palin. The GOP is really grasping at straws at this point, don't you think? I have a fear that the Hillary supporters (and more specifically the ones who didn't understand her politics but who were going to vote for her just because she has a vagina) are going to be convinced by this stupid little tactic and vote Republican just because the VP candidate has a vagina, too. Is it any better to vote for a woman because of what's between her legs than it is to vote for a man because of what's between his?

Ugh. I'll be glad when this election is over. I just hope the votes from the right people outweigh the votes from the easily-swayed people.

Anyway. I have a random question for you. My sister says that she hasn't heard from you yet if you can come to my bridal shower this month. It's on Saturday, Sept. 13th in Auburn. We need a pretty good head count, so just let me know either way. I hope you can come, though! :) I miss seeing you! I hope Gustav didn't hurt you guys too much...are you doing okay?

yeah I won't be able to make it unfortunately. Comcast is a bitch about getting days off. And I work on Saturdays which incidentally is THE hardest day to get off. But do let me know the date of the wedding cause dammit I'm coming!

Gustav only gave us some rain. Nothing serious at all. You should get on AIM and talk to me! We haven't talked in forever!

Hehehe, maybe so! ;) I'm sorry you can't come to the shower, but completely understand. A few of my friends are having the same problem with requesting time off from work, too. You better be at the wedding though. ;) By the way, that's the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend...so you might actually want to request off really early just in case. :) And we're reserving a bank of rooms at the hotel that's hosting the reception, so that information will be in the invitation when we finally get those sent out.

I'm glad Gustav didn't hurt you guys. We just got a lot of wind and rain, too, but nothing dangerous. I hate hurricane season. *shakes head*
