Yeah. See, and the thing is that it's not even her who's benefiting from the nepotism. Apparently they've already interviewed the daughter of the assistant front end manager.

Yup, it sure does sound like she had to go home and make something up to cover her ass. Ugh. Bad managers are the WORST. Alas, I've had a few in my time. I have some stories...

And the thing is that my department manager is AWESOME. I love him, he's great. I don't *really* want to transfer out of his department, but my seniority counts for more hours on the front end than in the bakery because they've been shorting us hours (and everyone else in the bakery has 10+ years in).
