Ugg I hate legal stuff. It takes so long and is so convoluted. I'm sorry you are still dealing with it. What are they going to get from her bank anyway? I mean she let you use her card, right? So it's going to show that the card was used... What would that prove or disprove? Anyway, yes please make sure you post right after the 'Mel-court' I'd really love that. I'm always thinking of you.

As far as the abandonment thing, yes, he so should have told you what was up. Remind him, its you and him against the world. :)
