hahahahah, can't wait to see how much $$$ that lady is going to get! Nah, in all realness, it's unfortunate that us women of color have to go through soOo much bullshit... I wrote a term paper on European ideals of beauty and the pressure women of color run into every damn day. It all stems back to slavery and we all are still affected by it. We say it's in the past, but its really not.

I agree but I feel in this case its tough. If the JC Penney rep didn't say anything and lets say the stylist messed up the woman' hair, then she would really have something to complain about. Personally I would rather the stylist tell me that she can't do my hair than for her to say nothing and mess it up.
